Auto Body Technician
A & R Collision Center is currently seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. Free I-CAR training is available.
Responsibilities may include:
• Inspect and assess damaged vehicles
• Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical components, hydraulic window/seat systems, and trim for repair access
• Fill dents and depressions with body filler
• Remove damaged fenders, panels, and related components
• Bolt or weld replacement parts using appropriate tools and welding equipment
• Straighten frames and structural components
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces in preparation for refinishing
• Aim headlights, align wheels, and bleed brake systems
• Repair or replace mechanical parts as needed
• Frame and mechanical experience is a plus
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of two years’ experience as an auto body repair technician or apprentice
• Strong working knowledge of body repair processes and techniques
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have own tools
• Must pass a drug test and background check
• Commission-based pay dependent on performance

Paint Technician
A & R Collision Center is seeking an experienced Paint Technician to join our team.
We have multiple openings for skilled individuals who can refinish and paint vehicle surfaces using professional spray-painting equipment. Our technicians receive advanced training and certifications—an excellent opportunity to grow with a successful, reputable company.
Job Responsibilities:
• Refinish and paint vehicle surfaces using spray-painting equipment
• Inspect panels for proper body repair, prep work, and any defects requiring attention
• Mix paint to exact specifications using standard formulas or color charts
• Sand, mask, blend, and polish finishes to seamlessly match surrounding areas
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of auto painting experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
